Resource Education and Agriculture Leadership (REAL) Montana is the first comprehensive two year program offering in-depth education and training in the agriculture and natural resource industries.

These industries in Montana are facing unprecedented change due to new technologies, consumer preferences, environmental concerns, government regulation, and global trade. At the same time, the population base from which they draw their leadership is diminishing. REAL Montana works to address this leadership shortage through high quality leadership and industry training.
